Self-Pulse Analysis (Basic)

The technique of pulse reading has been practiced in Ayurveda since many years. Pulse is a reflection of your physiology. Pulse analysis helps to understand your own physiology at a subtle level. You will learn to ‘comprehend’ and ‘listen’ to the natural qualities of the body through the finer aspects of the pulse.
