Ayurvedic Consultation
Holistic Approach
The emphasis of Ayurveda lies in a balanced state of the mind, body and consciousness. It is therefore important to analyze one’s physiological constitution (prakriti) as well as identify any imbalances in one’s natural state of health (vikruti). Ayurveda states that every individual is unique which leads to recognizing the necessity of an agile approach that focuses on the synthesis of the tri doshas (constitutions) Vata, Pitta and Kapha in the human physiology. Our holistic approach is based on identification and elimination of physical and mental toxins using herbs, panchakarma treatments, customized diet, yoga, pranayama, meditation as well as Vedic sound and mantra therapy.
Individualized Approach
New Consultation
A typical new consultation is a 60-minute session. You can expect a series of questions, tongue examination and an in-depth evaluation of your symptomatology, family history, diet and nutrition, lifestyle as well as your emotional and spiritual being. This will also consist of an individualized approach to discover the current state of physiology through the traditional Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) method. This enables us to identify the causes of any mental and physical imbalances. As a result of this analysis, a personalized healing plan is created. This will include recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle management, stress management, panchakarma treatments and herbal medicines to suit your constitution.
Follow-up Consultation
A follow-up consultation is a 45-minute session and is advisable to further review and monitor your progress over a period of 4 weeks. This will include an in-depth assessment of your healing plan which can be tailored as per your current state of health.
Online Consultation
We support online consultations using virtual platforms (Skype, Zoom, etc.). The online consultation comprises of all the aspects described above in a typical consultation except for pulse and physical examination.
