About Shruti Ayurved Panchakarma Speciality Clinic
Founded by Drs. Sanjay and Anjani Kulkarni in 2005, in Pune, India, Shruti Ayurved is a Panchakarma Speciality center offering authentic Ayurvedic transformative programs. The clinic has been built according to Vastushastra (Ancient Indian architecture unifying science, art, astronomy, and astrology) and natural law -The symbiosis of the two contributes towards improved health, coherent thinking and decision making as well as an enhanced quality of life, in other words -A Blissful Environment for Healing. The center is a well-equipped wellness facility with two panchakarma treatment rooms, an office consultation space, kitchen and dining, four comfortable rooms (with an attached balcony) that can accommodate patients and students alike along with a meditation and yoga hall on the top floor.
The Clinic is surrounded by lush greens and hills and is nestled in a serene environment with a particularly celestial view at dawn and twilight.
About Shruti International Ayurved Academy
Drs. Sanjay and Anjani Kulkarni are Ayurveda scholars and have been preaching Ayurveda as well as teaching Ayurveda to students from all over the world for the past three decades. With an aspiration to share this ancient knowledge, they established the Shruti Ayurved International Academy. This academy provides opportunities for individuals to study Ayurveda by enrolling in uniquely designed courses and workshops both in the classroom as well as online. Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni
Dr. (Vaidya) Sanjay Kulkarni is an Ayurvedic physician, consultant, teacher and panchakarma specialist with over 35 years of clinical and teaching experience. He specializes in Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis. He graduated in Ayurveda from the prestigious Pune University (India) in 1984 and received his degree of Ayurvedacharya – Bachelor’s of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). He started his career in 1984 as an Ayurvedic Physician in his native town, Ahmednagar in India and helped his patients suffering from chronic diseases restore a healthy and balanced life through Ayurvedic clinical practice and treatments.
In 1994, he was appointed as an Ayurvedic consultant by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi under the guidance of whom he worked for 6 years. During the course of this time, he along with his wife Dr. (Vaidya) Anjani Kulkarni travelled extensively around the globe including USA, Holland, Croatia, Brazil, Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, and designed as well as supervised panchakarma programs, delivered lectures and held seminars for patients (including celebrities).
He was honored with the Prestigious Maharishi Award in 1999 in USA.
Since 2006, Dr. Sanjay and his wife are associated with the Sivananda Yoga Organization. Through this organization, Dr. Sanjay and his wife have travelled to various countries in Europe and the UK namely, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria with a goal of spreading awareness on Ayurveda through Seminars, lectures, and individualized consultations.
He and his wife are the founders and directors of Shruti Ayurveda Panchakarma Specialty Clinic and Shruti International Ayurveda Academy (SIAA) at Pune. He offers specialized, advanced, and individualized Panchakarma treatments along with courses on the wisdom of Ayurveda. He specializes in treating diabetes, heart diseases, and obesity as well as reversal of type 2 diabetes with the help of lifestyle and dietary modifications. His focus lies in healing and educating patients with chronic disorders not only through various panchakarma treatments and Rasayana (rejuvenation) programs but also with the help of healing techniques such as yoga and meditation. He is a strong believer in Vastu (vedic architecture) which also reflects in his ayurvedic teachings.
Dr. Anjani Kulkarni
Dr. (Vaidya) Anjani Kulkarni is an Ayurvedic physician, consultant, teacher, and panchakarma specialist with over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience. She specializes in pulse diagnosis, women’s health, panchakarma treatments, and Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition. She graduated in Ayurveda from the prestigious Pune University in India in 1989 and received her degree of Ayurvedacharya – Bachelor’s of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). She also has a master’s degree (MD) in Kayachikitsa (Ayurvedic medicine) from Pune University as well as a master’s diploma in Panchakarma.
She started her career in 1989 as an Ayurvedic Physician in her native town, Ahmednagar India, and provided personalized panchakarma treatments to women suffering from disorders through her clinical practice.

Dr. Shubhankar Kulkarni
Dr. Shubhankar Kulkarni is an MUHS – Maharashtra University of Health Sciences certified doctor – Ayurvedacharya. He brings a great amount of Ayurvedic wisdom through trainings in various Ayurvedic methodologies including Panchakarma and Pulse diagnosis. A native of India, he holds a degree in Bachelor’s of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the Prestigious ‘Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyala, Pune’.
He is passionate about health, music, wellness, and fitness. He is training in Indian classical music and truly believes in music therapy. Ayurveda and music therapy go hand in hand towards achieving perfect health. He has worked with Tarachand Ayurveda Hospital in healing chronic patients of all age groups.
Through this experience he has gained practical knowledge in various Ayurvedic treatments and regimens. His passion for serving the community also reflects in his work with Jankalyan Samiti and Pune Municipal corporation for screening of Covid-19 patients in areas across Pune. For the last 2 years, he has been practising Panchakarma therapy at Shruti Ayurved and takes pride in teaching ayurvedic philosophies including diet and metabolism, detoxification therapies and lifestyle management. He aims at helping and educating those with chronic disorders lead a more balanced and peaceful life.
